2020 Census

ARC campaigned and reached out to AANHPI communities throughout the state of Colorado to encourage everyone to fill out the 2020 Census. ARC promoted important educational discussions about the importance of the Census, and how demographic data can be used to advocate for community resources.

Action Against Hate

The Action Against Hate campaign was created by ARC in 2021 in response to the rise in hate-related crimes and incidents. AAH identified gaps in services for individuals facing barriers due to language, culture, economics, access to resources, and other inequities. Since then, AAH has been providing extensive community outreach, law enforcement connections, community education, information, toolkits, and most recently, a mobile app for reporting incidents in order to empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Acts of Kindness

Acts of Kindness was created to support our AANHPI cohorts in their outreach initiatives to the community-at-large through projects and activities in their neighborhoods, schools, and communities. This includes projects such as teaching high school students how to build e-bikes to donate to people in need of transportation, trail clean-up in the mountains, participation in cultural festivals, and more

AAPI Culture Fest

In 2024, in partnership with  the The Denver Asian American  Pacific Islander Commission (DAAPIC), ARC participated in the creation of the annual Denver AAPI Culture Fest to celebrate AAPI Heritage Month. By 2026, the Culture Fest represented 18 different AAPI communities and was attended by 13,000 people who were able to learn about each AAPI culture group through education, cuisine, and entertainment.

Community Partner Initiatives

Asian Roundtable of Colorado (ARC) believes that the health of Colorado AANHPI communities lies in our collective strength. Anti-Bullying Initiative

Global Reach Mongolia's Anti-Bullying program empowers Mongolian American youth to recognize, respond to, and prevent bullying in their schools and communities. Through education, peer support, and leadership development, young people learn to stand up for themselves and others.

The program addresses the unique challenges faced by immigrant and minority youth, including cultural and language barriers that can make bullying harder to report or address. Participants gain tools for conflict resolution, bystander intervention, and building inclusive communities.

Adult Korean Language and Culture Education

The Korean Academy of Colorado (KAOC) is a non-profit organization that has served as a cultural and educational pillar in Colorado for over 20 years. While its foundational programs primarily support youth, Adult Education is also a vital tool for personal growth, career advancement, and community integration. 

Investing in Adult Education creates a more inclusive and interconnected Colorado. By supporting adult learners through advanced coursework and practical cultural engagement, this project strengthens local community capabilities and builds lasting cultural bridges.

Tibetan Cultural Youth Education & Community Preservation

The Tibetan Cultural Youth Education & Community Preservation Program serves Tibetan American youth and families in Colorado through cultural education, language preservation, community engagement, and wellness-centered programming.

This project serves to promote Tibetan culture, language, identity, and community connection for current and future generations while fostering understanding and unity among diverse communities in Colorado.

Route 15

Roshni creates inclusive arts spaces where immigrant, refugee, and marginalized communities share their stories, fostering a sense of belonging and pride through performing arts. Route 15, is our capstone offering as part of the 6th edition of the New American Arts Festival. An immersive theatrical production, Route 15 will offer a glimpse into the resilience of human spirit and kindness through song, dance, and spoken word.

The Sala Construction

On December 5, 2011, the Lao Buddhist Temple of Denver faced a devastating loss when a fire engulfed and destroyed the Sala. In the aftermath of this tragedy, the Lao Buddhist community, joined by dedicated volunteers from across Colorado, came together with unwavering determination and worked tirelessly to design and rebuild the new Sala. Today, in 2026, we are proud to announce that the construction of the new Sala is nearing completion. This remarkable achievement would not have been possible without the overwhelming support, generosity, and contributions from individuals and families both near and far. Your efforts, and encouragement have helped us not only rebuild a structure but also strengthen the bonds within our community.

Lao Buddhist Temple of Denver

Kid Bazaar is a community-based market that will give children aged 6–14 a chance to sell their own products and gain hands-on experience with entrepreneurship, creativity, and community engagement. Each vendor will get to design, create, price, and sell their own goods in a supportive, family-friendly environment. Beyond teaching practical skills such as budgeting and customer interaction, Kid Bazaar strengthens intergenerational and community bonds by bringing together youth, families, and neighbors — reflecting PACC and ARC's shared commitment to building a stronger, more connected AANHPI community network in Colorado.
